We employ hundreds of experienced and enthusiastic individuals at Ardingly College in a teaching and support staff capacity. Teaching posts are available in the Senior, Prep, Pre-Prep schools and Nursery. Supporting roles exist in administration, catering, cleaning, finance, grounds, house supervisors, lab technicians, laundry, maintenance, marketing and stewarding.
