Ardingly College operates an extensive network of daily bus services designed to make journeys to and from school safe, convenient and sustainable for our day pupils. Our routes connect families across Sussex, Surrey and Kent, together with an escorted train to London on a Friday night and bus back from Clapham on Monday morning. We also operate a daily shuttle bus to and from Haywards Heath train station (which is just a five minute drive from the College).

Buses run each morning and afternoon from key locations including Burgess Hill, Coulsdon, Ditchling, Godstone, Ide Hill, Dormans Park, Tunbridge Wells, Westmeston, Nutley, Lewes, Hove, Billingshurst, Horley, Reigate and Horsham, with multiple pick-up points along each route. All vehicles are operated by the College’s drivers or trusted local providers and meet the highest safety and comfort standards.

Our Transport team is currently reviewing our bus routes for the next academic year and is planning to add new extensions for weekly boarders on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons, as well as additional daily routes from the south of the College due to popular demand. For questions, or to discuss potential new routes, please contact our Transport Office on schoolbuses@ardingly.com — they are always happy to help families plan the best travel option for their child.
