EXAM RESULTS
At Ardingly we are very proud of the achievements of every individual student, as well as of their collective results. Our recent exam results highlights include:
- Our IB Diploma cohort scored an average of 40.1, which places Ardingly in the top 5 schools in the UK and means we are the top ranked coeducational British boarding school for the IB
- Ardingly is also now in the Top 10 schools globally for the IB Diploma, out of 5,600 schools which offer the IB
- 85% graded at A-Level A*-B, IB 7-5 and BTEC D*-D
- 60% at the top two grades of A*-A, 7-6 or D*-D
- 26% at the top A*, 7 or Distinction* grade
- 99% of students confirmed their university places on results day
As well as these fantastic results, we also celebrate our impressive ‘value added’ scores which demonstrate that every student reaches his or her own individual academic potential.
UNIVERSITY DESTINATIONS
Around 80% of our students who choose UK universities go on to Russell Group universities. In the last few years the most UK popular destinations have been (in order, with most attended first):

- Nottingham

In addition, around 15% of our students choose to study abroad after Ardingly.
