Camp Day Information
Our cricket camps run from 9.30am – 3.30pm, with a structured and engaging programme designed to keep players active, learning and enjoying the game throughout the day.
Each day focuses on the four pillars of cricket development:
- Physical – movement, coordination and athletic development
- Mental – confidence, focus and resilience
- Tactical – decision-making and game awareness
- Technical – batting, bowling and fielding technique
- Sessions include a mixture of technical coaching, game scenarios and match play, alongside appropriate breaks for rest and lunch.
Camp Staff
The camps are led by Charlie Forbes, Head of Cricket, and Jordan Rollings, Head of Performance Cricket at Ardingly College, ensuring a consistently high standard of coaching throughout.
To support families, early drop-off is available free of charge from 8.30am.
Players should bring:
- A packed lunch and water bottle
- Cricket equipment (if they have it)
- Suitable clothing for outdoor activity

1:1 Cricket Coaching
We offer individual coaching sessions for players looking to make rapid progress through focused, personalised support.
Each session is tailored to the player, with clear feedback and practical guidance to help improve performance, build confidence and develop key areas of their game.
- 1:1 coaching is ideal for:
- Players looking to refine specific skills
- Club and school cricketers seeking additional support
- Individuals preparing for trials or representative cricket
- Sessions are delivered by the Ardingly College Cricket Performance Coaching staff, ensuring a high level of expertise and individual attention.
