Last week brought a literary adventure to the College, as we had the pleasure of hosting author Sue Divin, who came all the way from Belfast to the College!
From creative workshops, to engaging Q/A sessions, students immersed themselves in Sue’s passion for storytelling. The highlight? A fascinating talk on her books ‘Truth be Told’ and ‘Guard your heart,’ answering fantastic questions with unmatched zeal.
Over lunch, we hosted meaningful discussions with the anti-racist and LGBTQ+ Societies, delving into Sue’s work as a peace worker, identity in Northern Ireland, and much more. Thank you very much for visiting us Sue!
Thanks once again for inviting me to Ardingly, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pupils were really engaged and asked brilliant questions. Once again, thanks for your hospitality and a wonderful experience!
