As part of our on-going relationship with the local community, a group of our students visited Priceholme social lounge for a Saturday afternoon of socialising with our Ardingly neighbours. This is just one of a number of outreach events with the local community. There’s also Soccer and Hockey stars for children showing an interest in these sports and a regular café session for mature Ardingly residents. Soon it will be Music and Mince pies, an annual favourite with festive performances from our students.
What a lovely afternoon we had the other day at Priceholme! So nice to chat to the College pupils and discover more of what they get up to! A very pleasant couple of hours were spent supping tea and indulging in the delicious selection of cakes that the pupils had made that very morning! It was a lovely atmosphere, a few of the visitors were entertained by playing scrabble, chess or Jenga and we were even treated to some musical accompaniment on the piano!! Well done College team – more please!
