Our website provides comprehensive information about Ardingly College but we also have prospectuses and supplementary information sheets which provide more in-depth information about certain areas of school life. In addition, our Parents’ Information Handbook provides useful information, including fees, bus routes and results.
View our digital prospectuses or request a copy to be sent via the link below.
Our Open Mornings provide you with the opportunity to take a tour of the school and meet our students and members of staff.
Small Group Visits
We encourage prospective parents and students to attend one of our Open Mornings in the first instance.
Following attendance at an Open Morning, we invite families interested in Year 9 entry to one of our Small Group Visits. We hold these twice a week. During this time our Marketing Director or Registrar will tour families around the school during our working day, visiting areas of particular interest. Then a member of our Senior Management Team will meet with each family. There will also be a break for refreshments which is hosted by a small group of students who can speak to you directly about student life at Ardingly College. We encourage parents to attend these visits as it is the most informative way to visit the school.
We are happy to arrange individual visits for prospective parents and students from overseas. We would encourage attendance at one of our Open Mornings. However, if you are unable to do so, we would be delighted to arrange a tour of the school with one of our pupils, followed by a meeting with the Registrar.
To apply for a place at Ardingly College you have to complete a registration form, complete with a registration fee of £150. Once this form is completed, please return to Admissions with a copy of the applicants personal profile; we will then contact you regarding entrance assessments and references. A completed registration places a child on the year group entry / waitlist.
An interview with a member of the Senior Academic Team can only be arranged once a prospective student has registered with us and sat entrance assessments.
Subject to acceptable admissions criteria, your child will be offered a place. To accept, a confirmation of entry deposit is required. The student will then be part of the transition programme, up until their start at Ardingly College.
