Ardingly College International

Ardingly opened its first international school in Kazakhstan in Astana in September 2024 in a beautiful brownfield site suitable for the Primary Years. As student numbers have grown, the new greenfield school is being built and will open in September 2026, catering to students from KG to Yr 13 in a modern and vibrant campus.

Ardingly Astana is the result of a long-term partnership with Primus Education and we aim to open a second school in Almaty in years to come.

This impressive school is the first British boarding school to be opened in Vietnam and is located on a fantastic 10 hectare site, with nearly 50,000 m² of floor space including inspirational academic buildings, outstanding boarding facilities, as well as excellent sports and performing arts facilities.

Ardingly College Vietnam is the result of a long-term collaboration with KNI, a multi-sector investment group with a focus on high-quality education. Ardingly and KNI first worked together in 2022 and we are delighted to take this partnership to a new level with the official opening of Ardingly College Vietnam. We have very much enjoyed welcoming senior leaders from Lao Cai to Ardingly here in Sussex for two recent visits, where we have exchanged best practice and demonstrated how we deliver outstanding pastoral care and a world class boarding experience for our students in the UK. We will be working closely together in the years ahead and look forward to seeing Ardingly College Vietnam go from strength to strength.

KNI was established in 2022, inheriting the successful operations of Khoi Nguyen Education Group (KNE), founded in 2010 by Mr. Trinh Quang Dong and Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Oanh. KNE was the first group to invest in Canada International School system in Ho Chi Minh City, with 2 kindergartens, 2 bilingual schools, and 1 international school in the southern area of the city. We have advised these schools on a variety of projects, including strengthening pastoral care structures, developing a new curriculum and providing overall strategic counsel.

Ardingly is aiming to establish schools across the globe including in MENA, India and SE Asia. These international schools will reflect Ardingly’s ‘World Ready’ ethos whilst being contextualised for each national and local market. By blending the UK/IB curriculum and local curriculum landscapes across our family of schools we will ensure that our vision is maintained and developed whilst meeting the needs of students wherever they live.
