Providing Families with Choice

At Ardingly College, choice gives families flexibility across boarding, learning and wider opportunities. Students can attend as day pupils or choose from full, weekly or flexi boarding. They are over 25 sports including water sports on offer and over 150 co-curricular activities. Music is a significant part of Ardingly life, with around 430 individual music lessons each week and more than 60 concerts each year. In the Sixth Form, students can follow either the International Baccalaureate Diploma or A Levels, allowing them to choose the pathway that best suits their strengths, interests and future plans.

Supporting Students to Reach their Potential

At Ardingly College, students are supported to reach their potential through a balanced approach to academic ambition, pastoral care and wider development. Small class teaching, experienced subject specialists and clear academic pathways allow students to progress through a programme that suits them, while strong pastoral systems ensure individual needs are recognised and supported. Learning is complemented by a broad co-curricular programme, competitive sport and performing arts opportunities, helping students ready their potential academically and beyond.
