Outdoor learning and the enrichment programme
Creating an educational environment with equal opportunities for every child where your child can explore, imagine, and create is a high priority to us. We want our children to discover their own world.
In our spectacular Sussex surroundings of 230 acres, children learn and live in an environment where curiosity comes naturally, so that they ask questions about their place in the world, enabling them to move forward with excitement and with confidence. We have our own Prep outdoor playground for adventure and creativity through outdoor play.
Our children in our Forest school explore woodland walks, pond dipping or wildlife watching. Imaginative projects such as Midsummer’s Eve Woodland Adventure or The Enchanted Forest see the children following trails, making potions, seeking treasure, researching bees and meeting Winnie the Pooh. We have a Forest School where children enjoy getting messy and muddy, but at the same time learn to develop confidence and practical skills through hands-on experiences.
In addition, our children can develop and explore their interests with their friends in our exciting range of after school clubs and activities which include football, hockey, netball, tennis, choir, crafts and dance.
