Mike joined Ardingly College in February 2006 bringing with him an extensive knowledge of high profile commercial hospitality events, commercial lettings, and commercial contract catering operations. Mike is a fully qualified award winning classically trained chef and is currently the Domestic Bursar at Ardingly College and Operations Manager for Ardingly Projects Ltd., the commercial company of the College, managing over 100 staff in four different departments. Mike has outstanding service standards and has developed, enhanced and exceeded client expectations in all areas under his guidance throughout his professional career.
