Our onsite kitchen and catering team cater for three sittings a day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are various dining options for staff, most opt for the staff dining room where they can catch up with colleagues, others prefer a takeaway option.
The beautiful setting, the lovely grounds, the amazing food and the fantastic care and education that my children receive mean that it is a job well worth holding on to.

For a small fee, all staff can belong to the Common Room which provides a retreat from the busy school life. With luxurious sofas, daily papers, a constant supply of tea and coffee a self-serve bar.
The Senior School library houses thousands of fiction and non-fiction titles that can be borrowed by staff. There is also a DVD library and audiobook collection, stocked with popular titles for staff use.
Nearly all of the sports facilities are available for staff use, when not being used for teaching or lettings.
Alongside the people, the facilities at Ardingly are also excellent; three lovely meals a day, a fully equipped gym, and a stunning campus in the Sussex countryside mean that I’m in no rush to leave come the evening!

Parking and travel
Parking is available on campus and we have local villages and nearby towns serviced by the School bus fleet, which staff are welcome to use.
There is a range of accommodation on-site, ranging from cluster houses for individual staff to family houses
