Prep School Swimming
At Ardingly College we know the commitment needed to be a competitive swimmer and sometimes this can clash with the demands of school. We aim to provide an environment where young swimmers can train within the school day and/or at suitable times outside of the school day allowing them to reach their potential academically as well as in the pool.
After morning training (7-7.45am) the pupils can have a supervised breakfast with the squad prior to starting their school day. In the evening the sessions available to Prep Squad are straight after school (4.30-5.30pm) allowing them to be finished in time to eat, do homework and still get to bed at a sensible time.
