Mr Schilling wins National Indoor Hockey title

Congratulations to Maths teacher and Ardingly hockey coach, Mr Schilling who was part of the victorious East Grinstead HC squad who won the National Indoor Hockey title on Sunday 31st Jan. In front of 6000 people at Wembley Arena and the BT Sport television cameras, Mr Schilling scored a goal in the 6-3 semi final win over Sevenoaks. In a repeat of last year’s final EG then went on to beat Canterbury 5-1 to secure an incredible eight consecutive National indoor hockey title. Mr Schilling runs our indoor hockey programme and the pupils will now be learning from a National Champion!
