Fencing success at the British Public Schools Competition

Fencing Two Ardingly students in the LVI can now be classed as among the best fencers in the country with their appearance in the British Public Schools Fencing competition at Crystal Palace. Cameron Elder managed to beat off 106 other fencers in the Epee discipline to reach 16th place. Alec Watson beat off 95 other fencers in the Foil discipline to reach 33. Our students were competing against the best fencers in the country from schools like Eton, Harrow, and Westminster and should be congratulated.
