Regular practise is key to improving performance. Below you will find some simple drills to try at home using a skills ball to improve your agility and control.

Ardingly College run a number of community initiatives to encourage a participation in sport and develop sporting talent.

Sporting Stars – a free football and hockey club for boys and girls in years 6 and under. Click here 

Sports Development Centres – for football, cricket, hockey and swimming. Talented boys and girls up to Year 7 from the local community are invited to trial. Click here
