£5 fundraising challenge raised over £6k for Chestnut Tree House.
The pupils in the Prep and Pre-Prep have made their £5 go a very long way.
With each group given just £5 they were tasked to be enterprising and find ways to turn a profit and raise money for Chestnut Tree House. Initiatives ranged from raffles, lucky dips, bakes, chores and sponsored activities. There were impressive sales from pin badges, t-shirts, cake sales, friendship bracelets and even homemade dog biscuits! Plus a whole school home clothes day. Jayne Todd from Chestnut Tree House has said how super this is, and has come at such an important time as so many of their large scale public events have been cancelled.
From the smallest profit to the largest, each penny has made such a fantastic total.
