The College has almost five hundred beds in a variety of rooms ranging from plush singles to dormitories depending on the client's budget and course objectives. Every training, learning and performance facility imaginable can be found on campus from the artistic to the athletic and the scholastic to the spiritual.

The College hosts every kind of course and the clients are nourished from the excellent central catering facility from which special dietary needs can be requested. The College's award winning caterers provide for all kinds of needs and have received fantastic and relentless praise from clients in the last few years.

No one leaves Ardingly College not having had a good time and the flourishing holiday courses are testimony to this. Residential courses are principally held over the three-week Easter and eight week summer holidays but the College's other four holiday periods can also be used.

Day courses, especially for local children, are varied and plentiful and take place most holidays. Special functions such as corporate days, concerts, conferences, hire of the sports facilities and many other events take place during all the busy holiday periods and occasionally may happen in term time. The swimming pool is let all year round.
