From the Prep School Headmaster

Life in The Prep School is action-packed - and as Headmaster I must not be caught napping! Our aim is to make every pupil's experience exciting and fulfilling and one they will look back at with genuine happiness. We are set in the glorious surroundings of the Sussex countryside where girls and boys are able to develop their love for learning in a safe and caring environment.  We are part of the Woodard foundation and as such the Christian values of tolerance and forgiveness for others underpin all that we do here.

We offer a broad curriculum which we aspire to deliver through the highest standards of teaching. We want children to take risks in the classroom, not to be afraid of getting it wrong, but rather confident enough to ask questions and think for themselves. All children have talents and gifts, both in and out of the classroom and we are always looking to identify and celebrate these at every opportunity.

Happy children make better learners and I believe we have a community of very happy children. A website gives only a glimpse of our School and I take this opportunity to invite you to see us in action.
